Delicious Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

  • 6 chicken drumsticks (about 1 1/2 pounds)

  • 1/4 cup of margarine or butter (melted & cooled)


Directions

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees.

  • Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Dip chicken drumsticks into melted & cooled margarin or butter; roll in flour mixture to coat.

  • Arrange in an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 inches.

  • Bake uncovered about 50 minutes. The juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

  • Makes 6 drumsticks.
