Delicious Drumsticks
Ingredients
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
6 chicken drumsticks (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1/4 cup of margarine or butter (melted & cooled)
Directions
Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mix flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip chicken drumsticks into melted & cooled margarin or butter; roll in flour mixture to coat.
Arrange in an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2 inches.
Bake uncovered about 50 minutes. The juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Makes 6 drumsticks.
