Creative Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla, if desired

  • About 15 drops of your favorite food color


Directions

  • Cook all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring real hard, about 4 minutes or until mixture forms a ball.

  • Remove from saucepan and let stand on counter 5 minutes.

  • Knead dough about 30 seconds or until it is smooth and blended.

  • Cool completely. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
